Portland Metro and Southwest Washington
Our original service territory and headquarters region, covering Portland and the surrounding Oregon suburbs alongside Southwest Washington communities from Vancouver to Longview. This region’s multi-family building stock spans nearly 30 years of our direct project history, from 1970s and 1980s garden apartment construction through the LP siding era of the 1990s to present-day condo and townhome development.
Seattle Metro Area
Our Washington service territory covering King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, from downtown Seattle through the Eastside tech corridor to the Tacoma-Puyallup area. This region’s multi-family stock reflects three overlapping growth waves: WWII-era Boeing manufacturing housing, 1980s-1990s EIFS-era garden apartment and condo construction, and the concentrated tech-driven building boom of the 2000s and 2010s.

Our Lead-Safe Certified Firm status means we meet federal requirements for lead-safe work practices in pre-1978 construction, a legal requirement, not an optional credential, for any contractor working on occupied multi-family buildings with older housing stock.
